Commander HIGH BUDGET 2000 euro+, but I play with this deck against Legacy decks

This deck I also use in German Highlander tournaments rarely more like once/year if I play in tournament then I simple replace Sol Ring with a land and Strip Mine with Wasteland to make it German Highlander legal and maybe remove an artifact removal and put one more creature into the deck. Since PROXIES are banned in our environment
and moving card between decks is banned same evening means I play with Shattering Pulse instead of Jace, The Mind Sculptor due to great number combo decks opponents use when playing in our Legacy multiplayer group if I play with my BANT CONTROL deck same evening that uses Jace, The Mindsculptor.

This deck has not won any tournaments few times I have tried it but it is feared and respected. Main reason I don't win is that there is time limit
and a judge usually makes it even if time limit comes up my deck is to defensive.

However I play also with this deck against semi causal/hardcore Legacy decks compare to the other decks I have posted.

There is no freaking 40 life or COMMANDER specific rules or Commander zone! This deck is meant with a couple changes to German Highlander tournaments or against semi causal/hardcore Legacy decks and every player have 20 life!

100 cards and every card have to be different then others except basic lands.
