This is one of those decks where the number of cards you could add is an order of magnitude greater than the number of cards you can add, and really the number of slots that are flexible is limited because there's a certain amount of space you need to devote to card flow, board control, etc. Right around the time Dominaria dropped, I went back and reconfigured a pretty significant chunk of the deck. In particular, I was interested in pursuing a soft reanimator strategy on the back of Whisper. She hasn't panned out as I'd hoped, but the big dorks give the deck more staying power than it had before if you're having trouble going wide.

RtRtR looks like it's going to be loaded for this deck. Both the Dimir and Golgari mechanics play well here, and so far Lazav, the Multifarious, Underrealm Lich, Doom Whisperer, and Glowspore Shaman look interesting. I would like at least one more Disenchant effect and I'm strongly considering adding an infinite combo back in here. I'd also like to up the number of artifact creatures, to play well with Muldrotha, and to add a few more sacrifice outlets, to combat instant speed targeted removal like Swords.

Slots that are up for debate right now:
Undercity Informer
Vessel
Whisper
