Dark ritualing this out on turn one seems super nasty vs a lot of decks.

Yeah, I think this is a good one. Modern, especially, but it might be too greedy for Legacy.

I find it interesting, since you can mill yourself and exile their yard, to enable your own Delve/Snap-daddy stuff.

I also just love Shadow of a Doubt, it's a hilarious card that I used to have fun catching people with in Modern, so of course I'd find a static effect of it interesting.

It's definitely the most interesting uncommon walker spoiled so far IMO.

I think in Legacy it just going to suffer from there just being no Deathrite around to power it out "sooner."

It's blue, so it can be powered out by Noble Hierarch on T2, for what it's worth.

I was about to say it's great with PoE, GQ and the likes before RTFC again to realize it doesn't combo with those cards. A shame, really.

Sol Land and Planar beacon get it out turn 2. That PW Stompy with Chalice and FOW that I brainstormed a couple of pages ago may need a revisit and more serious thought.

Spark Harvest (Bone splinters that can hit planeswalkers, and castable out-right for +4 mana) would be playable if instant. Too bad!

    Deliver Unto Evil 2B
    Sorcery (Rare)
Choose up to four target cards in your graveyard. If you control a Bolas planeswalker, return those cards to your hand. Otherwise, an opponent chooses two of them. Leave the chosen cards in your graveyard and put the rest into your hand.
    Exile Deliver Unto Evil.

Any use for this without Bolas?

    Edit:
It let's us (Lands) handle things we otherwise have issues with main deck. Just a short list off the top of my head:

    TNN
    Sofi
    Prelate
    Mum
    Ensnaring Bridge
    Nimble
Counterbalance - not regarding lands but generally.

This card has some sweet art.

Seb is the best artist working in Magic right now, by far.

That isn't hard, given how much of MtG's art is cheap, generic CG trash nowadays.

A lot of that is on WotC though, they put out pretty extensive guidelines for art now. It's not like back when Doug Schuler was getting "Hero", "Superhero" and "Angel" as his descriptions. (Benalish Hero, Veteran Bodyguard, and Serra Angel, respectively)

Yeah, I mean the obvious isn't less true for being obvious. Neilson and Guay aside, I do think he is the best working right now, although I just like the aesthetics of McKinnon a bit more generally. But what I like about Seb is that he (and Bradley too) is that they really show that digital does not have to equal crap.

    3WW
    Legendary Creature - Zombie God
    Double Strike

Whenever you cast a creature spell, create a 4/4 Zombie Warrior token with vigilance.

When God-Eternal Oketra dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.

Probably costs too much, but that sure is a powerful effect to me. Maybe a top end in a Maverick sort of deck?

In Modern: Oketra, next turn, 2 creatures + 1 Goblin Bushwhacker, attack for 25+?

If you can get four of LED/Dark Ritual/Cabal ritual into the yard then it's OK. If it weren't off-color, it could be an interesting card for modern storm.
