Hello Legacy Fanatics.
I been working on this deck and wanted some feedback. Its bit of a midrange tempo grind.
Let me know what you all think.

no way to remove enchantments and no basic lands?

He's got a Basic Island, which, I don't even know if it's a good idea. At that point, might just be better to have all non-Basics.
Also, I'm unclear on the "merit" of Midrange-Tempo, or even if that would be an actual thing. Stifle just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me here. But then again, I am also biased against Thing In The Ice, because I think it just isn't a very good card.

I am a very old player of magic. Was only looking for something new and interesting. If this idea is just bad. So be it. :(
Thanks for the feedback friends.
Well, "I don't get it" doesn't mean "bad."
Also, I am no one, who has accomplish nothing, so my opinion on Thing in the Ice is likely not much, if anything.
I think the shell of the deck has merit, since Punishing Thieves is a deck that does and this is the "same sort" of idea with a "simplified" mana situation gained by ditching Black.
All I was saying was that, off the top of my head, the deck might be served by fine tuning it's intended focus.

Oh ok. Well I do appreciate any feedback. I used to play Jund alot and was my favorite deck. With new bannings its not even on the map. Love the Pun Fires. If you guys have any ideas for this please let this old guy know. Thanks alot for all your help.
I'd likely drop the pseudo-tempo aspects and focus on what the deck would seem to be more focused toward, which is play for the mid-game and burning people out.
-3 Stifle
-2 Light Up the Stage
-2 Thing in the Ice
Now, where to go from there? Well, maybe some combination of Dack Fayden, Snapcaster Mage, and Tarmogyf (oh and maybe a couple Ponder)? Not really sure, unfortunately, but I think that could well be a direction to try and see how it works.

I'd probably cut stifle, mandrils, light up the stage to play dack fayden, goyf, and flusterstorm.
Pteramander might be good here. It's not just Delver 5-8, it can be a midrange threat too (and easier to activate later).
Here's an idea...
Punishing Rugmancer
//Creatures: 12
3 Pteramander
4 Tarmogoyf
3 Young Pyromancer
2 True-Name Nemesis
//Spells: 24
4 Force of Will
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
4 Lightning Bolt
3 Punishing Fire
2 Life from the Loam
2 Izzet Charm
//Planeswalkers: 3
2 Dack Fayden
1 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
//Lands: 21
3 Grove of the Burnwillows
4 Wasteland
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Misty Rainforest
3 Volcanic Island
2 Tropical Island
1 Forest
//Sideboard: 15
2 Flusterstorm
2 Red Elemental Blast
2 Surgical Extraction
2 Grafdigger's Cage
1 Bojuka Bog
1 Ancient Grudge
2 Nature's Claim
2 Dismember
1 Karakas
I thought about Snapcaster, but there aren't as many value spells to flashback as Grixis has. Loam and PFire already recur, so it's just Bolts and cantrips.
The random Forest is to cast Nature's Claim vs Blood Moon / Back to Basics
