    God Eternal Kefnet and FOW

Can I cast a FOW (the copy, that is) for its alternative casting cost when revealing it with Kefnet? How about Treasure Cruise and Gitaxian Probe?
What would be the converted mana cost of the copy (for Lavinia for example)?

You may reveal the first card you draw each turn as you draw it. Whenever you reveal an instant or sorcery card this way, copy that card and you may cast the copy. That copy costs {2} less to cast.
When God-Eternal Kefnet dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.

You can't put the copy of the spell onto the stack without a target, but if there is a target, e.g. if your opponent casts a spell, and in response you brainstorm and reveal FoW off Kefnet you can cast FoW on their spell for 1UU or by exiling a blue card from your hand and paying 1 life (you can even exile the real FoW that you drew).

When casting Gitaxian Probe you are still paying Phyrexian mana can choose whether to pay U or 2 life. The "2 less to cast" doesn't affect probe because its cost has no generic mana component.

With cruise you can still delve or pay mana (minus 2 for the Kefnet discount). The cmc of a Delve spell doesn't change, however much mana/delve you pay, or however much its cost is reduced by Kefnet/Helm of Awakening effects, so the CMC will always be 8. (Same for FoW, the cmc of the copy will be 5, etc)
