I take it you already have seen the list Phil used:

I believe he went 4-1 with the list. You can see the VOD here.

    Re: Interplanar Beacon shell?

This idea came up in the N&D a while back when Interplanar Beacon was released, but that was before Oko. The thread might be called "Planeswalker Stompy" or something like that.

OUAT seems bad because it only finds lands, not planeswalkers. Eureka also seems bad because you can just hardcast most walkers for that much mana, and you just risk giving the opponent a Griselbrand or Emrakul.

Chalice of the Void and Trinisphere seem really strong with Sol Lands and a curve at 3-4 cc

The best cheap walkers to ramp into with Beacon are probably:
    Oko, Thief of Crowns
    Teferi, Time Raveler
    Karn, the Great Creator
    Narset, Parter of Veils
    Ashiok, Dream Render
    Dack Fayden
    Jace, the Mind Sculptor

Most of those are in blue, so you could run a relatively stable manabase and even have Force of Will with some blue draw engine.

If you don't run Chalice so you can have Oath of Nissa, then you might want Arcum's Astrolabe for both fixing and the obvious synergy with Oko.
