I think we have the first Legacy card from JST
Elves T1 now?
Not sure what else would use it though.

Elves with Chalice?
Though making every Green spell uncounterable must certainly make it applicable in more than just Elves.
Fungal Rebirth (link to card will work in a few days)...
Allosaurus Shepherd with Painter for extra fun. :D
Maverick and Nic-Fit both will want this as a singleton at least. Ensuring your GSZ's aren't countered will be pretty huge. The closest simulation of this we have is Vexing Shusher, which is much more mana-intensive.
This set looks pretty damn fun, actually. The idea is to just crack a couple packs, sleeve up, and play right?

Blood Funnel is kinda silly, but Nether World? Sure, why not? Elf Stax with it and Chalice sounds hilarious.
It's worth pointing out that aside from the Chalice interaction, NO also becomes uncounterable, so you can faceroll now even against countermagic. That it can act as an alternate wincon is just the icing on the cake.
Wouldn't surprise if the saw an uptick in Plague Engineer usage.
Let's do it - some sort of weird Sylvan Plug mix?
4 GSZ
4 Allosaurus Shepard
1 Dryad Arbor
1 Scavenging Ooze
1 Courser of Kruphix
1 Tireless Tracker
1 Ramunap Excavator
1 Titania, Protector of Argoth
2 Abrupt Decay
2 Assassin's Trophy
4 Mox Diamond
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Green Sun's Zenith
2 Toxic Deluge
2 Sylvan Library
4 Nether World
2 Mox Diamond
4 Ancient Tomb
4 City of Traitors
12 Lands
Or maybe more mana dorks to really punch in the early Nether World?
Just a note that Nether World is not a card, but Nether Void sure is, .

Yeah this stompy-shell idea seems bad.
Jamming this into elves that was already running 4 GSZ, 3-4 OUaT, and 3-4 NO seems pretty good though. Seems great with Gaea's Cradle. Chalice in the side may be an interesting option if elves wasn't doing this already (I don't play elves, so maybe they did this already, or maybe it's a dumb suggestion).
I mean, it could work, but is also a liability. If they kill the Shepherd, or even worse, all your creatures, you are "stuck" behind your own Chalice.
I guess it might be OK to do vs a fast combo deck, maybe. But in a "typical" Blue Midrange matchup, that doesn't seem like it would win too often.

I think you can sort of treat it as a 5 mana "combo" with Nether Void that can be split up into multiple turns (honestly you only really need to get the void down and have the Elf in hand, then next turn after opponent can't do much you play elf plus threat). It doesn't win you the game but it should lock almost everybody else out from doing anything, then you can run big butts and chalice as well to provide a clock for what came before or gets through nether void.
I saw a sweet nic-fit deck with 4 nether void, 4 shifting ceratops, 4 abrupt decay, 3 prowling serpopard, vexing shusher, carnage tyrant
I'm sure the allosaurus shepherd could slot in somewhere
