    Teferi Time Reveler

Does Teferi's ability supersede both terminus and snap caster mage?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking with this question.

Are you asking if his static ability prevents the opponent from casting Terminus for the Miracle cost? If so, the answer is yes, they cannot Miracle Terminus. On Snapcaster Mage, I am not sure what you mean. They could cast Snapcaster on their turn, with the stack empty, target a card, then cast that card, in their main phase while the stack is empty. Obviously they can't cast Snapcaster, say, at the end step, or flash something back at the end step.

Or are you asking about the +1 ability and timing sorcery spells?

The static ability. So snapcaster into BS or ponder

If you [+1] your Teferi, you can Snapcaster a Ponder with the flashback at instant speed, yes.

Snapcaster gives an ability until the end of the turn, whereas a card like Dreadhorde has to cast a spell at the precise moment that a trigger is denying the sorcery speed window [a clear stack].

basically, your oppponent can only cast spells at sorcery speed. So he can play snapcaster normally during one of his main phases and after cast the ponder as a sorcery normally. But that's the only thing he is allowed to do.
