Does anyone know where I can find a TS update for MWS? I've been looking around, but there's not one on the MWS site, and I can't find one anywhere else. Do you think it's still too soon after prerelease for one to be up?

Try searching in the MTGSalvation Rumor Mill, I know there was one there. It doesn't have purple cards and it has numerous errors, but it's the best you're going to get for a little bit, imo.
As with anything you are ever looking for on the internet, google it. If it is specific information about something, wikipedia it.
I would suggest the one on o-gaming.com. So far I haven't had any problems with it.
