In all honesty, Chinese is complete crap.
I have no scans, but after tomorrow my Dragon Stompy will be completely Japanese. Youd be surprised to know how cheap Japanese cards are here (in Japan obviously). All locals are more than willing to trade their Japanese cards for my English, and shops sell English cards at higher prices than Japanese cards.

Yes, positive. Besides the fact that they outright said so, they would never release a judge foil only in such limited quantity (much less give out 4x per person if they did).

Coincidentally, if you happen to get a hold of one of each (or know of a judge willing to sell theirs), let me know. No, really. When I got into altering cards along with my gf, my mom wanted to make money too.
She has a background in painting and all that, so she just bought some paints and started buying boxes and whatnot.
