I have one. Value is probably around 150, although it's hard to know for sure. They've clearly ebayed for more recently, as noted above.

Portugeese foils are also rare, yet unwanted thrash... Also demand for premium russian is very small, how many russian foil cards/decks have you seen in real life? I saw 99% in Russian people's binders... their interest is to keep it scarce because then they dictate the price and can't lose money, ever, selling small amount for absurd prices whenever there is someone buying ... is it the same with korean? I don't really know but korean is more available due active korean sellers on ebay imo, russian from Russia are kept locked and sold personally

Pickups from GP NJ as promised

since it's hard to see, pyro, xantid, rector, top, fleshbag, and surgical are german foil. I did have a german foil e.call, but someone offered me a stupid number so I had to sell it :(

    Dacks are foil <3

yes. in japan I've heard they trade japanese to english 1:1. makes sense tho because they don't have an abundance of english cards over there.

Depends on what country, but it's not super high on the pimp list

Not true, sadly. Possibly the scrubs are doing that. Most players in japan, from my understanding, prefer japanese over english.

Korean Foil is basically just shill. Theres a reason several of us on this forum only go for non foil Korean, partly because it has more stable price points but also because there aint no foil dual lands to match them.

    Fucking pokemon foil fiends.

If you look on Ebay for "foil Korean", you get 410 results: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...orean&_sacat=0

If you do the same for "foil Russian", you get more than double, 899: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...ssian&_sacat=0

So, at least on Ebay, your theory doesn't hold. Maybe that's because people holding Russian cards are much more willing to sell on Ebay than people selling Korean cards (maybe they sell them in Asian websites).
Anyway, it actually really surprises me to see that much Russian in comparison to Korean. Maybe it isn't really that scarce. Maybe Korean is indeed more rare. But people are willing to pay much more for Russian, which is more surprising if it's actually less rare than Korean.

You have that problem with any language (unless you are playing Modern, then just with Korean and Russian). If you want a "uniform" deck, then everything should be English non-foil.

In Taiwan people want English cards, especially older sets. Though when drafting it's typical to use T-Chinese unless there are a few laowai interlopers.
