I would never buy anything from him. He's just ruining the collectability of them.

Format is so freaking addicting. Never thought I'd be on the hunt for Beta Sedge Trolls...
I'm surprised Unlimited Duals haven't spiked as a result of this format.
I would never buy any offcenter NFCs from him. I do fancy myself a set of textless Bolts one day and if the only stock was those opened from packs then they would be really, really tough to find.
But the deliberate miscutting of sheets just to sell them at a premium is absolute trash.
The purpose of any moat is to impede attack. Some are filled with water, some with thistles. Some are filled with things best left unseen.
Are Rituals widely played in 93/94? What I'm really asking is if I should get some before they suddenly spike out of nowhere. Or maybe there are too many out there to buy out?
I have no problems with NFCs. To be fair, I'm also not a miscut / misprint guy so it's not a big deal to me if it's nfc or "found in the wild" - they're all just essentially like alters to me.
As long sellers are up front about it, it doesn't bother me.
Wow, I almost never come in here and the one time I do... Ok guys, calm it down. I am going to try and clean up this mess. Please do report shit you see. We are not everywhere on the site all the time. Some things will go unseen unless you inform us.
This market has long been completely irrational. A few months ago, I contemplated selling my unlimited power and Time Vault, my playsets of Revised duals, some fbb duals I still have and one each of the ten unlimited duals, when I realized that the combined value of those cards would be enough to buy a newly built garage box. I was stupid and sentimental enough not to turn those 70 plieces of cardboard into brand spanking new real estate which I could then rent out, but this shows you that this game has long lost any rationality. You can't eat or drink those cards, you can't use them as tools to build something, you can't realistically reprocess the cardboard into new paper or cardboard. The moment this game loses its appeal, those thousand euro cards will only be good for kindling a fire. And yet we still pay stupid money for them. Home made miscuts are just the latest stupidity that got added to this phenomenon.
But obviously, somebody who sells those cards should mention the origin of the miscut. Truth in advertizing and all.
