I saw this on the Magic Software board on MtGSal. I have not looked at it myself, but I was curious as to what the chance that this may replace Workstation might be.

Seems promising, I'm gonna try it one of these days.
Multiplayer, OS-X version, and savegames should vastly compensate for the ugly deckbuilding interface.
meaning beyond the immanent is irrelevant

Suddenly! Pints of beer! Thousands of th~ ... Nope. Never mind.
Huh, the tilting tables and zooming in thing is pretty neato, but Nihil was right, that deckbuilding interface is fuck ugly.

People used to use LackeyCCG for Raw Deal, I never liked it - too amateurish.

“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.”

The only thing I like about it is that you don't have to download all the scans of every card to have pictures.
Oh, and ditto on the deckbuilding interface.
The Source: Your Source for "The Source: Your Source for..." cliche.
The only problem I have with MWS is the shuffler so I'd only switch to another program to have a better shuffler, but from my experience LackeyCCG's shuffler is even worse. Also the interface and lack of hotkeys sucks.

I've used Lackey, since I have a mac (pre-Intel) and a PC. Compared to MWS, it sucks. Compared to the other programs available for a mac (specifically, none), it is great for deckbuilding and golfishing. There is never anyone else on the network, so the best testing I can do with it is to fire up two copies of Lackey and test two-fisted.
You might check out GO (Gathering Online) there:

Being able to play multiplayer is really a big plus. Online Rainbow or emperor ftw!
But them, having no information on their website except for a model how the connecting works, really makes me not trying it for a while. Except for the bugs and shitty servers I'm pretty satisfied with MWS.
Whit3 Ghost- Also, game three made me want to throw my monitor out the window, no lie.
In serious need of:
4x Exploration Korean
2x Mox Diamond Korean
2x Wasteland Korean (thanks Merick!)
3x Mishra's Factory Korean
3x Gamble Korean
2x Maze of Ith Judge foil
Got any, PM me!
I would think of no one on the network as being a mixed blessing. On the bad hand, no one is on. That would make it pointless. On the good hand, it means that it isn't filled with MWS dregs (for the moment at least). I'm tempted to install it try it out, but I probably won't have sufficient time for at least a week and a half.
