So you can a) Play Isamaru with Karakas still untapped to save him from removal and b) so if you do have to save him from removal, he comes back the same turn.

@Illusius: Yeah, that was the first thing that came to my mind too after I saw how badly this deck did. I was just pissed at my deck at the time and decided to make an (incorrect) blanket statement, saying that they all suck.

Gambit: You're right. I thought I could attack, and Ring your Factory after you blocked. I cant. Sorry for the mistake.

    georgjorge: Again, you're right. Sorry.

Edited my results. Doing pretty bad now.

edit: I'm not sure I understand how to figure out how I've done. However I see that everyone I've played are getting WW's and DD's against me, so I'll assume badly.

woops. I loved playing that deck on TMD and just kind of forgot about that rule. I think we should go for the point deduction thing like TMD had for breaking rules and just have maybe 1 or 2 absolutely banned cards to prevent people from playing lotus/rack/balance while still letting them play fun thing like mage. I realy liked the meta we had on TMD.

    Re: 3cb #7

The banned-cards-for-points system on TMD was just a temporary thing to shake things up, we went through all kinds of formats there. And yeah, I'm considering trying some different ones here as well.

Versus: Basically, each "player" only has three cards, and has perfect information (knows the opponent's hand and everything), so you can always determine the best play for each player with certainty. So each player makes the best plays, and then either one of them wins, or it's a draw. What are you unclear about specifically?
SummenSaugen: well, I use Chaos Orb, Animate Artifact, and Dance of Many to make the table we're playing on my chaos orb token
SummenSaugen: then I flip it over and crush my opponent

I'm unclear how to get actual results. Am I supposed to play the games out myself? Like with proxies or on MWS.

    Re: 3cb #7

Thanks Sacearuse, lemme give it go first.

    etrigan - In That Order
    Black Lotus
    Treasure Hunter
    Oblivion Ring

    Turn 1

-On the draw:etrigan plays Lotus, sacs lotus, plays treasure hunter, retrieves lotus, passes the turn.

-I would play Karakas, Aether Vial, pass the turn.

    Turn 2

-etrigan attacks for 2 (18), Plays Lotus, sacs Lotus, O-Rings my Vial, passes the turn.

-I would Play Isamaru, pass the turn.

    Turn 3

-etrigan attacks for 2 (16), passes turn.

    - (If I were attack here it would be a race to the finish in which he would win as he's already up 4 life, right?) I pass the turn.

    Turn 4

-(If he attacks, I block, damage on the stack return Isamaru killing Hunter. I recast him next turn and win) Passes the turn.

-(If I attack here he wouldn't block so were back to racing again) Passes turn.

    Result: Draw???

If that's right, then I'll give the others a go. If that's totally backwards, then maybe you better do and I shouldn't enter again. LOL

There's definitely some errors in the wiki -- 7 vs. 8 and 4 vs. 5 both have wins recorded against each other, just looking at the main diagonal. If you swap the row and column numbers for any given matchup you should find the opposite result (6-0, 4-1, 3-3, or 2-2).

9 vs. 1 was the only other inconsistency I found, so I fixed that. If anyone notices anything else, do say.

Shouldn't My deck (#12) have 2 points for a dbl draw against deck 7?

He confiscates my factory and I just swords it or he steals my plains and I can't activate Factory.

He still has his own Factory then, so he actually will win.
