    Muraganda Petroglyphs

Does a card have to either be a token or textless to gain benefits from Muraganda Petroglyphs? For example, would a Sengir Autocrat be a 4/4 or 2/2 with a Petroglyph in play?

I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is yes. Abilities can be static (flying), activated (R: +1/+0), or triggered (when this comes into play). Sengir Autocrat has 2 triggered abilities, so he can't get the +2/+2. It's not like he loses those abilities just because they aren't currently being triggered.

To the first question, yes, the card has to have no rules text at all. Not even all tokens qualify, as some of them have Flying, Trample, etc. To the second question, the Autocraft would not receive a bonus from Petroglyph (unless there is a Humility in play, in which case every creature in play would be a 3/3, assuming no other relevant cards.)
