Hi guys.
Please help me. I'm a little bit confused because all people at my lokal metagame explain this problem different.
So here it is:
When somebody plays a Brainstorm, dredges for 6 instead of his first draw and then puts a narcomoeba as second card into his graveyard. When does Narcomoeba's abillity exactly trigger and when does it come into play?
The trigger is put on the stack after Brainstorm is finished resolving. When that trigger resolves, Narcomeba is put into play.
Correct ^^, though most dredge players pull out the Narcomoeba right as it hits the yard so they dont forget it, the trigger doesnt actually trigger and go to resolve until the spell/ability is completed, which is important sometimes for responses and such obviously. Also, why was someone dredging off a Brainstorm? o.O
Dredge off of brainstorm is what the pro-tech
Thank you very much
Edit: I just took Brainstorm as an example.
Brainstorm's good at dredging, but it might be too situational.
Imagine this scenario:
Brainstorm in hand, three grave-trolls in grave (and hopefully a fourth dredger)
Bstorm, dredge 18 place two narcos on top of library, next turn dredge another guy (could be S-Imp) putting two narcos into play, win (hopefully).
Brainstorm is just win-more in dredge, am I right?

BS is quite in combo with the dredge ability, since you can draw 3 then put back 2 bad cards and at your next draw dredge them off. However, in Ichorid, it's crappy because all your cards are bad in hand, and it does not provide a discard outlet.
I'm going to nitpick a little bit here. The Narcomoeba triggers during the resolution of Brainstorm, but that trigger waits to go on the stack until Brainstorm is finished resolving.
