Was it just the WAR signature? What do you mean gimp?

There was a person dressed as the Gimp from Pulp Fiction sitting quietly next to him as he signed. To each their own I guess, but it was a little awkward. More awkward was the awful signature.

    It's very nice. Congrats!

Did it cost quite a bit to get it custom printed?

He was at Spectrum in KC, along with Peter Mohrbacher, April Lee, and Stephan Martiniere. My guess is Markus had a friend attend... which is too bad, as I'd have loved to had a chance to meet him in person

Thanks. $35.00 dollars. That was for basically them to align it and properly re-size and kind of alter it a bit. It's very rich and the colors are deep.

    They're called InkedPlaymats.com.

This isn't really pimp, more weird/cool.

I opened a couple of Avacyn packs the other day and got some pretty miscut commons. I was stoked. Unfortunately, they didn't quite cut into the next card, but they were damn close.

2nd cool thing is a bleach-splotted Counterspell I bought from Star City for $1.50 at SCG Worcester yesterday. Even if it isn't worth anything, I think it is pretty cool.

Last thing is a revised Mountain I found with some old cards I was about to throw out. The front is regular, but the back is decently miscut.

To much fighting in the B&R thread. Time for some pimp. Before I take it apart here's my Vintage deck from this weekend. I went 1-2 poop.

Cards that do stuff. Check it out ... 1 Brainstorm!

    Shouldn't have played Sol Ring.

Yes. That is a Korean Elvish Lyrist. My sideboard was awful.

I hope you bring that deck with you to Atlanta. I want to test against Bant with Slaverless.
