Vamp Tutur, Enlightened Tutor, Gamble all look incredible. Belcher, Bloodbraid aren't bad either.

I knew Demonic Tutor wouldn't be in; they've printed that like 20 times now. The Vamp Tutor probably means that Cruel Tutor, Grim Tutor, and Imperial Seal are safe for now.

not that Diminishing Returns has a great painting, but this new one is right out of the LEGO movie as far as I'm concerned. ET is poor, Vamp is interesting but not really iconic…

at least the Chrome Mox is nice and the Gamble acceptable. I also has a soft spot for that Maze of Ith (though its not exactly "new" art)
I like that art, the Mox though I agree is fantastic.

Best Maze art is the Judge foil. All the flame and shadows. I am glad they did not use it though, leaves us with that card with something special.

Really like the new Vamp, but disappointed it's not Grim.

Artworks are all shit. Painted by Joe Generic under ward of Lars Languid.

Edit: At least no Grimmy, financial wise and happy to not see him butchered by the art department.

Yeah. One of the issues with fantasy digital art is that it does tend to flow all in the same direction. Some of the art used recently is also very 'cartoonish' with generic models used for bodies, etc.

Since the print of dark petition grim tutor hasn't seen play in legacy (not in competitive decks). Althought seeing it like this, seal isn't usually played in many vintage decks... But at least is played.

Oh, that's my plan. Thing is, I only want them in foil. I was contemplating buying a box, but I think my money will be better spent getting playsets of the foils I really want, rather than a stack of random cards I don't need.

So far, I really want a set of foil Daze, Mongoose, Deluge and Library. I am also going to try to work my way toward a set of foil Forces.

Everything going on with EMA so far is great. Great art. Great cards. I can't wait to crack some packs.

I'm both hoping for foil Veteran Explorers and not hoping for them. I want them foil, but with the old border/layout...
