Platinum Angel and Momentary Blink?

So I had this come up in a game of Type 4 the other day. I was at 0 or less life, had a Platinum Angel in play and my opponent Mindslavered me. He flashed back the Momentary Blink in my yard and said I lose because the Angel left play and I was at 0 life. Is this true or do I live because the Angel came back into play before the spell finished resolving?

What he's saying is that when the Momentary Blink resolves, the Platinum Angel will leave play and come back into play, then State Based Effects will check, and Platinum Angel will keep you alive. SBEs aren't checked until after Momentary Blink finishes resolving. I was just a little confused by his post at first, so I figured I'd clarify :)

Yes Lego that is what I am asking...Sorry should have been a little clearer...I wasn't sure if SBE's would kill me before the Blink resolved of if it only checked after the resolution of the spell. Thanks for your help.
