I found my old build of Dralnu control from the old Type 2...
I then wondered if you could suspend aeon chronicler at instant speed if you have a Teferi in play...
I asked one of my budies and he was sure that it worked, but I am a little more speculative than he is...
So, the question is:
If Teferi, mage of zhalfir is in play, can you suspend an aeon chronicler at instant speed?

Suspend:
"Suspend N?[cost]" means "If you could play this card from your hand, you may pay [cost] and remove it from the game with N time counters on it. This action doesn't use the stack," and "At the beginning of your upkeep, if this card is suspended, remove a time counter from it," and "When the last time counter is removed from this card, if it's removed from the game, play it without paying its mana cost if able. If you can't, it remains removed from the game. If you play a creature spell this way, it gains haste until you lose control of the spell or the permanent it becomes."
So yeah, looks like a big fat yes to me.
Also note that Teferi completely turns off your opponent's suspend creatures, because they can never play them during their upkeep when the last counter is removed. They simply stay removed from the game.
edit - He also shuts down any spell that you would play as part of the resolution of a spell or effect (like Madness, for example). That's pretty interesting.
