Hy i hope you guys can help me.

Here my Question:

I know that when i have a regenerate dude lets say Masticore and my opponent somehow gives him -4 -4 i cant regenerate him.

but lets assume this, i have Masticor and block a Bear with Jitte equipped, the bear dies and mastic takes 2 points of damage and the Jitte gets Two counters and now he gives masticor -2 -2 with those counters, can i regenerate him?

i guess so because regeneration rule says, i think, that all damage is prevented so i can regenerate him but he is a 2 2 until end of turn (and tapped) right?

It can be regenerated. It will be a 2/2 with two damage on it regardless of the order.

A creature with 0 toughness is put into the graveyard (not destroyed) so that cannot be regenerated. A creature with nonzero toughness with damage = toughness will be destroyed (and can be regenerated). See the distinction?

Another regen question:

Does regeneration remove a creature from combat? Ex:
A 2/1 First Striker and a 1/2 regenerator clash. If regeneration is paid, does anyone die?

Yes. Removing the regenerated object from combat is part of the replacement effect. Since the 1/2 won't be in combat anymore when it would be its part of assigning combat damge, the 2/1 will survive.

It's important to note that activating a "Regeneration shield" is not what removes the creature from combat. It is only when the shield kicks in and replaces lethal damage that the creature is removed from combat. In the case of the First Striker above though, yggdrasil got it right :) I was just clarifying.
