I have been playing on MWS a lot lately preparing for the big standard event at Play the Game on the 29th. I run Teferi in my deck and have had many a game come to an end when my opponent doesn't understand the rules. I am posting this so I have a place to link my opponent to and show them that I know what I'm talking about.
1) While I control Teferi my opponent can only play spells during there 1st and 2nd main phase, at sorcery speed. This meas they can't respond to my spells with there own spells, they can't play counter spells on my spells and they can't plays spells EOT.
2) While I control Teferi my opponent's spells coming off suspend, during there upkeep, are RFG (removed from the game) because they can't play spells during there upkeep.
Thank you...

Why would you want to link them here? Instead link them to StarCityGames ask the judge section, as they'll believe that, and aren't likely to believe "random people on some message board."

I just need a quick reference that I can like them to during the game...

It's not just that they can't play the spells because it's their upkeep. There are cases, like playing a spell into Deep-Sea Kraken, where because something else is on the stack, that you cannot play the spell. This is what, " Each opponent can play spells only any time he or she could play a sorcery." means.

It goes even further: you can never play a suspended card while your opponent has Teferi in play, even if you somehow get the "play me"-ability triggered during your main phase with an empty stack, why? Because you can't play a sorcery during the resolution of an ability, but since that's the time when you have to play the suspended card (during the resolution of the "play me"-trigger), you can't play it.

Just for clarification, you can only play Sorceries on your main phases WHEN THE STACK IS EMPTY. This is the technicality that won't let you do the above. Your chance to play the spell is during the resolution of the ability, hence while the ability is still on the stack.

Yggdrasil and TrialByFire are correct (I knew there was a reason, but blanked temporarily). Keep in mind this would not apply to any Instant with Suspend.

And why wouldn't it? With Teferi, your Instants, too, can be played only anytime you could play a sorcery, which isn't during the resolution of an ability.

You're right. Teferi completely shuts off Suspend, and for the same reasons, Madness as well (after they changed it so you play the spell as part of the resolution of the Madness trigger). And, if I'm reading this right, it completely shuts off Isochron Scepter as well.
It shuts off anything that says, "You may play (the copy, that card)..." and similar wordings... Suspend, Isochron Scepter, Spellweaver Helix, Guile's triggered ability (assuming you countered a spell with, say, a Patron Wizard.)

This thread has already helped, I have sent 2 people here now and our game could continue. It's just nice to be able to send someone here and show them that other people agree with me. I know this isn't official or anything but it's still nice.
