If I pay for example:2: :r: all artifacts with converted mana costs of two or less are destroyed. But what about artifacts with no mana costs such as artifact land (e.g. Tree of Tales (http://magiccards.info/mi/en/285.html))? Are they also destroyed or aren't they affected?
