I was just doing some thinking, so here's my scenario:

I have a Blood Moon in play and my opponent has nothing but non-basics and a Humility on the table. Assume now I play the card Omen of Fire during my main phase:

Blood Moon does not change the Supertype of lands, so they're still non-basic Mountains. If I cast Omen of Fire, am I correct in assuming my opponent will only have to sacrifice Humility to satisfy the Omen's text?

I believe you would be correct...

Nope. They are non-basic lands that are Mountains. There's no island anywhere. If that were the case they could still tap for :u:. They can't, though.

You're missing the point, it means that he can't sacrifice his Tundra Mountain to save the Humility. Assuming no other white permanents in play, the Humility would have to be sacrificed.

Yeah, it looks like I quoted that incorrectly. Mike's right, and so is Allan (-en?).

Even if he has other white permanents in play, he would have to sacrifice them all, because he has no plains to sac instead.

Omen of Fire:

Return all Islands to their owners' hands.

Each player sacrifices a Plains or a white permanent for each white permanent he or she controls.

Yes, they will have no Plains, and will have to sacrifice a white permanent for each white permanent they control.
