Same concept as Flash, but it doesn't have Flash which decreases it's power level INSANELY, but I think it's still is viable. 5 sac outlets+ tutors for them give you the power to sacrifice Hulk. The discard suite is also very sweet.
It placed 6th at a Legacy tournament too: http://www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=16763

You could also try to use Footsteps of the Goryo, so that you won't have need to have something else to sacrifice Hulk. You could use the instant kill version (Reveillark + Body Double + Carrion Feeder + Mogg Fanatic) so you could win right away.
Is there any other reanimation spell which sacrifices the creature at end of turn? I thought Shallow Grave did, then I checked and realized that it removed the card from the game.

Necromancy (http://magiccards.info/vi/en/14.html)?

There you go. 4 Footsteps and 4 Necromancy gives you a lot more space to work with.

Why would you wana run this deck? Let alone this kill?
This deck is strictly worse then decks like ichorid or reanimator praticulary with this kill set. It dies to all the same hate as ichorid or any other grave based deck (if your oppoent isn't a moronl. I learned this at PTQ chicago). If you insist on running this deck make sure to run an instant kill. By running a kill that wins instantly you decrease your oppoent's chance of killing you when you pass the turn or from preventing you from winning. I would however recomend running either the bile urchin or the merrow witsniper kill over the fanatic due to a higher chance of killing. More oppoents will have an answer to fanatic then urchin or witsnipper. The most obvious example of this is the white enchantment that prevents 1 red damage per creature or spell.

You could use Through the Breach, basically a Flash for 4R, or Sneak Attack a Flash for 3RR, but again another combo deck is probably miles better.

im a fan of lost causes so keep on with this deck!!
So far I only thought of to possible additions.
1_ Phyrexian tower offers a sacrificial outlet that cant be countered
2_if the "sac your own creatures" theme goes on, why not splash Academy Rector and have a B plan?

I to am a fan of the underdog decks and am more than happy to contribute to the deck... I do feel however that we need to start looking to more conventional combo shells... I.E. some range for protection/control and most importantly we need to find a small combo and work on the same or HIGHLY similar kill for this deck to get off the ground. Another thing we may want to look into for a sac outlet is dreadnought. I seem to remember contributing a small amount to a dreadnought/hulk deck a few months back that also ran the green hideaway land to help get things running... Just a little food for thought. Don't give up.

I second that.
How about Gifts Ungiven into Protean Hulk+Careful Study+Recoup+Footsteps of the Goryo?

you mean that your opponent will leave you hulk + recoup then that you'll need to spend 7RRUB to start a combo that folds to STP, needle, grave removal, stifle, counterspells, counterbalance, chalice? Not that much impressive to me.

Maveric while not exactly being very gentle to your idea does raise a fair point. Another option in place of the Gifts idea would be Intuition. With Intuition you open yourself up to a fairly large set of options depending on the final list and the eventual board position you are in.
One idea to help get this deck off the ground as I mentioned is to determine the card quantities we want in our deck and go from there. Since no one seems overly interested in that why not list the basics for this deck and go from there?
PROTECTION basics
Cabal Therapy- proactive control and a sac outlet
COMBO basics
(I chose this kill because it is the most condensed)
Hulk
Karmic Guide
Pestermite
Kiki Jiki
LANDS basics
The land base is really not possible to even fathom at this point because we have no idea what spells we are running. For example one key question is how many spells are we gonna run that cost a generic 2 mana plus whatever? If that number is sufficently high I would definetly run Ancient tomb as one accelerant to help race other decks.
SIDE
1 Rakdos, The Defiler
(No I am not jokeing. I ran him at PTQ chicago and he is a house against alot of anti grave strategies you may see game 2 and 3)

I'd run something like this:
4 Necromancy
4 Mystical Tutor
4 Smallpox
4 Lim-Dul's Vault
4 Thoughtseize
4 Force of Will
4 Brainstorm
3 Thirst For Knowledge
3 Summoner's Pact
4 Protean Hulk
1 Reveillark
1 Body Double
1 Carrion Feeder
1 Mogg Fanatic
4 Polluted Delta
2 Flooded Strand
2 Bloodstained Mire
4 Underground Sea
3 Swamp
3 Island
How does this one look?

As to the original list...your primary goal is to reanimate Hulk, so it would be helpful to actually have stuff that PUTS HIM IN YOUR GRAVE ! The only cards in your list which can do that are the Therapies and the Thoughtseizes, and if you need them for discarding Hulk, you are practically running a deck with no disruption at all except two Chant. Careful Study is what you need here...there is also a card called Show and Tell which can replace a discard outlet AND the reanimation spell in one package.
Also, if you stick with the sac outlets, you could add Rectors and silver bullet enchantments (Dovescape/Form of the Dragon etc) to the side, as it can dodge both Crypt and Extirpate (if not Leyline) and will surprise opponents. But that idea may be bad, just worth testing...
