So, here's a question that came up when I was playing against Countertop.

When you use the flashback of Flash of Insight (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=29831), does the X number cards removed set X in the converted mana cost, or is it a spell with converted mana cost 2?

203.3b. When calculating the converted mana cost of an object with an {X} in its mana cost, X is treated as 0 while the object is not on the stack, and X is treated as the number chosen for it while the object is on the stack.

Put simply, the CMC of a flashbacked Flash of Insight is 2 plus whatever number you chose for X.
