MWS Help!

So I've been meaning to install MWS on my computer , I reformatted it , and whenver i try to get online to play other people it gives me an error saying "File Corrupt please run a virus check and try agian" or something close to that. Has anyone else ran into this problem before or have some isgiht on this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Is it an MWS dialog box (look at the title and see what created it!) If so, try reinstalling and updating it. Otherwise, sounds like you got infected.

its from C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\mwsplay.exe I'm pretty srue im not infected since i just reformatted it. and how do i update mws? I just go to the site and download it is there something else i can do?

Well if it's something with MWS, I would uninstall, then download it from www.magicworkstation.com and reinstall. If that doesn't fix it, then I'm out of ideas. There's also a forum on there that might have an FAQ or someone who knows more about it.

Why don't you run it again and get the exact error message and post it? That would give somebody something to work with at least.

how did you reformat through recovery discs, partition, or OS Disc?
