Can i untap creatures attacking me with cards like Staff of Domination, Seeker of Skybreak and so on?
Let's say i attack with Creature Number 1, 2 and 3; my opponent untap creature number 2, and i must keep attacking with number 1 and 3.
This can be done?
Thanks

Just untapping a creature won't stop it from hurting. What you're looking for are the phrases "remove them from combat" and/or "prevent all combat damage this creature would deal". See: Maze of Ith, the Gustcloak cards, etc.

So, my creature will be always attacking but unstapped? it will do combat damage and everything as usual?

Yes. That's how Merrow Wavebreakers work, by the way - you attack with them, and before blockers are declared untap them to give them flying.

Ok thanks; and seeing i'm here, i have another question: if i attack with a creature, can my opponent block with an Elf, and then take back the Elf on his hand with cards like a Wirewood Symbiote? i mean, he block the creature with the Elf and the Elf doesn't die cause he take back to hand.

He can...if you stack damage before he returns the creature to his hand then his creature will live and yours will have the damage resolve.

Yes. He can even do that after combat damage is put on the stack, in which case the bounced Elf will still deal damage.

By the way, it seems to me that you are still a bit unfamiliar with the more advanced parts of the rules of Magic. Can I suggest you take a read through some of the articles on the 'Net that teach these matters? Salvation's Cranial Insertion (http://mtgsalvation.com/articles/topic/cranial.html) series has some pretty good pieces, and other sites have similar features too.
