I'm playing against Ichorid (the deck) and my opponent has 1 ichorid (the card) and 2 zombie tokens in play. He also has, as relevant cards, 2 bridge from below and 1 cabal therapy in his graveyard. I have an echoing truth as the only card in my hand, and he is aware of this from a past therapy.

He sacrifices the ichorid to flashback cabal therapy, which obviously will result in two additional tokens. My question is this: do the two extra zombies come into play before the therapy resolves, or can my echoing truth only hit the first two (leaving two fresh ones for me to deal with)?

I'm inclined to think I can only hit two of them, but I want to make sure I'm not an idiot. Thanks.

As soon as the cost of therapy is paid (sacrificing a creature), bridge's ability gets put on the stack. Let it resolve, put the 2 zombies into play, and then cast echoing truth.

Not quite. If it happened that way, it would be put on the stack before Therapy. The triggering happens during cost payment, but it's put on the stack when someone would get priority, which is after Therapy has been considered played already, which means it has just been put on the stack.

The rest is correct, though. After bridge's ability resolves, you will be able to bounce all 4 tokens before he can make you discard anything.

Jaiminho is correct, I phrased it poorly.
