The name comes from the utilization of the graveyard, and the similarities to the recently conceived "Landfill" deck.
Now that that is out of the way, I'm going to throw out a very janky list and move on from there:

Engine:
4 Mesmeric Orb
4 Raven's Crime

Graveyard abuse:
4 Tombstalker
4 Jotun Grunt
4 Barrow Ghoul

Utility:
4 Mother of Runes
4 Vindicate
4 Thoughtseize

Removal:
4 StP
4 Smother

Lands:
20 Lands

So the concept is to fill your graveyard fast, and abuse it. This is broad, allowing us to take the deck in a variety of directions. I'd like people's opinions on:
*An aggro route, probably with Green for more beats
*An aggro-control route, with extra LD
*A control route, with Crucible, Volrath's Stronghold, and manlands
*A whole new deck with similar beats but a different engine (for example: Mox Diamond, LftL)

I have yet to test this deck at all, and I'm aware of how savagely it bites without a GY (and how the 'yard filling engine is pretty weak/slow), but the possbilities of such massive beatz, MD 'yard hate, and awesome SB cards (love me some Runed Halo, Spectral Lynx) drove me to post the deck to see if we can realize its potential.

Barrow Ghoul has always been one of my favorite cards. Props to you for finding a deck that he's actually good in.

I also think listing the lands is very important. Undiscovered Paradise might work well with Raven's crime and Cabal Pit might be an option since you gain threshold so fast. How many fetches you run is relevent as well.

I'd also suggest running Cabal Therapy. I had another suggestion but I just forgot what it was. Cool deck though, and I'll get back to you on that, if I remember it.

Have you considered Circling Vultures instead of the Ghoul? It's basically the same creature, only it's cheaper to cast, has evasion and can discard itself if needed. It's a slower clock than Barrow Ghoul though.

With mesmeric orb as your only "dredge-engine" and with tombstalker, I don't think you can reliably play and maintain the ghoul and the jotun grunts... more with all the graveyard hate around.
I'm sad because I like the orb myself, but I haven't find yet the deck to put it in
