The card reads:

Kinship: Blah Blah if its a treefolk you may play that card for no mana cost.

Would that mean that I play it immediately from the top of my deck, and then draw a new card, or would I draw it and then be able to play it at no cost?

If the first part of my question was correct then I have another:

If I had two Elder's out, I could choose the order their effects resolved in, correct? Therefore if I had two treefolk stacked on the top of my deck, I could play one for free, activate the other one's effect, and play it again?

You play the treefolk spell during the resolution of the triggered ability, which will be during your upkeep. You will draw a card during your draw step as you normally would.
If you have two Elder's out, you can indeed choose the order their abilities resolve, but as both have the same ability, there's no point in that Oo'. If you have two treefolks on top of your deck, you can reveal the first during the resolution of the first triggered ability, and if you choose to play it, it will no longer be on top of your library, so you can reveal the second treefolk to the second Elder and play it.

The ability allows you to play the spell (if it's a treefolk) at instant speed during your upkeep. This is all before you draw a card for the turn, so yes, you would play the Treefolk, and then draw another card. If the card you revealed wasn't a treefolk, you would just put it back on top of your library, and then draw it during your draw step.

As for your second question, if you have two Leaf-Crowned Elders, they will both trigger and resolve independent of each other, and one of three different scenarios will occur:

The top two cards of your library are treefolk. In this instance, you will get to play both treefolk (one for each ability), and then draw a card during your draw step
The top card is a treefolk, but the second one isn't. In this instance, you'll play the first treefolk, then see a non-treefolk card when the second ability resolves, put it back, and draw that card during your draw step
The top card is not a treefolk. In this instance, you will look at the top card for the first ability, put it back because it's not a treefolk, then look at the same card for the second ability, and put it back because it's not a treefolk. Then you'll draw the card you just looked at twice when you draw during your draw step.

The term "put it back" is sort of imprecise here and it's worth mentioning until you either draw it or play it, the card never leaves the top or your library.
