Two related questions about Rathi Dragon:

1) Can I sacrifice non-basic mountains to Rathi's effect (which I am assuming is a CiP trigger)?

2) If #1 works, Rathi Dragon's effect is a CiP Triggered ability, and I only have two "mountains", at least one being non-basic, can my opponent Wasteland my non-basic Mountain, thereby forcing me to sacrifice the Dragon?

1) Can I sacrifice non-basic mountains to Rathi's effect (which I am assuming is a CiP trigger)?Yes. A Volcanic Island is a much a Mountain as a Mountain. If it said "a card named Mountain," then you could only sacrifice basic Mountains.
2) If #1 works, Rathi Dragon's effect is a CiP Triggered ability, and I only have two "mountains", at least one being non-basic, can my opponent Wasteland my non-basic Mountain, thereby forcing me to sacrifice the Dragon?Yes, you would have to sacrifice the dragon. The trigger would resolve and you can't sacrifice two Mountains.
