OK, now imagine somehow (I don't know how - just pretend with me!) I have this in play against an Ichorid player. My opponent has 3 Ichorids in play. At the end of his turn what happends to his Ichorids (for argument sake, let's say he is at 1 life)?

I assume that they will still end up in his yard but I'd like an explanation why.

Thank you for not putting SPOILER into the Title...

When the end of turn step begins, Ichorid triggers, the trigger resolves, he sacs his Ichorid. That triggers the Spoiled Card, you return it to play (because he can't pay 3 life). End of story. At end of turn-triggers don't repeadedly trigger during the end of turn step, only at its beginning.

At end of your opponents turn, the ichorid trigger, make their way to the graveyard and your prince of bel-air triggers, obviously your opponent can pay so you get 3 ichorid. These however will NOT trigger as the EOt-step has already been entered so they won't notice it's end of turn.
So next turn you can do with them w/e you want and end your turn. Now these ichoid will trigger again and will die again. Now permanents will go to your opponents graveyard again so the prince will trigger, again. As it's unlikely the ichorid player suddenly got 4 life or more you get the ichorids again.
This cycles goes on and on without hm being able to get one for himself (unless he can pay 3 life)

In other words:

- At the beginning of your opponent's EOT step, the Ichorids' death triggers go on the stack, resolve, and they are sacrificed.
- Prince of Bel-Air (new official nickname, thanks DS) sees them going to your opponent's graveyard, and it triggers. On resolution of said trigger, assuming your opponent can't/won't pay the life, the Ichorids are put into play under your control.
- The turns ends, and you untap with the Ichorids in play under your control, and may attack with them.
- Now, at the beginning of your EOT step (if not during combat), the Ichorids die again to their sacrifice triggers.
- Prince of Bel-Air (new official nickname, thanks DS) sees them going to your opponent's graveyard, and it triggers. On resolution of said trigger, assuming your opponent can't/won't pay the life, the Ichorids are put into play under your control. Yes, I just copy/pasted this part.
- At the beginning of your opponent's EOT step, etc. etc.

Overall result: Any Ichorids that happen to be in play at the same time as a Prince of Bel-Air will eventually stay under your control as 3/1 Vigilance creatures for the rest of the game. A smart opponent, therefore, will refrain from returning Ichorids to play as soon as he sees a Prince on your side of the table (unless he can kill you with an alpha strike).
