Alright, I got an idea for this the other day. Here is the current decklist (which I haven't really been working on too long, but which has been working out fantastically for me):
// Deck file for Magic Workstation (http://www.magicworkstation.com)

// Lands
2 [MR] Great Furnace
2 [MR] Seat of the Synod
4 [ON] Polluted Delta
4 [EX] City of Traitors
4 [TE] Ancient Tomb
4 [B] Volcanic Island

// Spells
3 [TSP] Lotus Bloom
3 [SH] Mox Diamond
4 [MR] Chalice of the Void
4 [JU] Burning Wish
3 [GP] Izzet Signet
3 [MR] Thirst for Knowledge
3 [DS] Trinisphere
4 [NE] Tangle Wire
3 [UD] Thran Dynamo
4 [AL] Force of Will
3 [P2] Wildfire
3 [P3] Burning of Xinye

// Sideboard
SB: 4 [FNM] Tormod's Crypt
SB: 1 [GP] Shattering Spree
SB: 4 [7E] Pyroclasm
SB: 1 [MR] Trash for Treasure
SB: 1 [PT] Boiling Seas
SB: 1 [US] Smokestack
SB: 1 [P3] Burning of Xinye
SB: 1 [PT] Devastation
SB: 1 [SC] Decree of Annihilation

The deck works like normal Wildfire where the purpose is to keep laying down mana producing artifacts and lock pieces, all the while wiping away lands and creatures. The main difference for this variant is a much lower mana cost and the blue splash. The deck works much better than Wildfire ever worked for me. I will be honest, I have not been able to do much testing because MWS has been acting up all day. Nonetheless, so far it's beaten: Goblins, Thresh, Reanimater, Faeries, and a few jank decks. The funny thing is, it kept infuriating people when I won that they left as soon as I got out a Tezzeret with 5 counters.

I would really like to point out here that you only have seven blue cards.

Seven.

Also, I assume from the name that you're playing Tezzeret the Seeker? Because I don't see him, nor do I see an Ach, Hans, Run! (which is generally used to proxy new cards when using MWS). Is there something I'm missing?

Right, you are missing something because I forgot to mention it. Whenever I use a proxy on MWS, I do the same thing as I do in reality: Use a card with the same mana cost. In this case, Force of Will is the Tezzeret.

That's remarkably confusing.

If you're going to use a card that has the same mana cost, I would go with something so ludicrously bad that it should be apparent. See, Force of Will is a good card. I had misunderstood you. Perhaps an annotation would have been good.

Sry but i don' t see any advantage on playing Tezzeret:

You weacked the manabase, that is Completely Wastable now. You cutt off finishers such as Caldera Hellion, Sundering Titan or Bogardan Hellkyte. You get into Mox Diamond without Crucible. The only way that this deck had to win is by activating Tezzeret, Moat did GG against you, Solitary Confinement too, Seismic Assault kick you to Mars or at least to the Moon, a Lonely Rift Bolt slows your wincon by 3 turns or completely destroys it, i don' t see any reason of going on blue with those kind of archetypes except if you want to run Academy Ruins + Slaver as main finisher, but in that case Tezzeret is useless too because you got to run AR+Crucible+Petrified Field and Intuition or Gift Ungiven as main tutor for the multiple card combo....

After playing the deck for awhile, I realized that it does need more creatures/wincons. So what would you suggest? I've been thinking Karn may be a good option, though I'm not sure.

Titan.., Form of the Dragon, ooo..and Greater Gargadon

also your mana base could use some work: first off, if you have tezz in play you don't need to be searching for Seat, so cut those for 2x island. Second you need alteast 22 land and maybe more than that to support diamond. I would probably run a min of 23. As for cuts...

Probably
-3 Lotus Bloom (since they really are only good with Tezz, although it could just as easily be 4 as well)
-3 Signet

for
+1 Mox diamond
+2 Island
+2 Great Furnace
+1 Thran Dynamo

so you mana base becomes

4 Island
4 Volcanic
4 Delta
4 City
4 Tomb
4 Great Furnace
4 Diamond
4 Thran Dynamo

I'm also not really convinced of Tangle Wire, and the Buring of Xinye should be devastation. (have more artifact accelleration would be good, and don't for get annex)

As you can see, instead of adding creatures, I added March of the Machines. To take care of troublesome permanents, I have Smokestacks added.
