I have been trying these colors for some time and I think this is a very balanced list:

4 Tropical Island
4 Flooded Strand
2 Polluted Delta
4 Mishra's Factory

Almost all cards are self explaining but Pongify.
It serves to:
1) Protect myself against opponent's fattie (Dreadnoughts, Stalkers, Goyfs)
2) Protect my creatures from opponent's removals (desperate resp on my own Goyf)
3) Transform my Mishra's into a 3/3 full time beater in response to opponent's Wastelands
4) Sacrifice Opponent's fattie already stealed with Threads of Disloyalty and gaining a 3/3.

Because of the Instant speed of Pongify you can steal a creature of your opponent you can defend put the damage onto the stack and then play Pongify on the stealed creature. Result: you kill him 2 creatures and gain control of a 3/3.
Again, there is a good sinergy between Echoing Truth and the tokens created by Pongify.

Goyf is the chump-blocker/beater

I have also been testing the Wall of Tears combination and it's pretty strong, i still have to try Wall of Root that seems big here

Wouldn't it just be better to splash white for StP instead of running the subpar Pongify?

3 another color just for StP? I wouldn't really play 3 colors, I'd stay with UG or UW.

We can't play 3 colors here, we would never get the mana we need for the spell we want to play, and don't forget Counterbalance is UU

Is there a need to even run Pongify or STP? You've got Threads! I really love Threads kudos for running it.

Cut the Pongifies and the Echoing Truths. Run some Trinket Mages to grab the Top, EE and perhaps Tormod's Crypt (or run this SB). Also, run 3 or 4 Dazes and perhaps think about running Stifle or Standstill.
