Note: Just posting a decklist is generally a bad idea. What exactly do you want feedback on? How are we supposed to answer your questions well if you don't give us anything about the deck besides a decklist?
I would play sea drake over serendib because they cost the same, and he's your only real three drop. So, the turn after you'll probably be fine because you'll have two lands to work with if you want to play something. Maybe hurts shade a bit, but eh. On the other hand, efreet survives lightning bolt.

I was playing eva green . tarmos enter a fight against tarmo and game doesnt proceed, so flying creature is better to avoid.
Also, with blue gains Daze, exellent al-counter for first rounds (protect 1st turn hypnotic, etc).
And Stifle in side against thresh, landstill, great LD

First turn hypnotic specter w/ daze backup would be just silly...
However, this seems like the only thing going for it as of right now...
Why not just play eva green or black threshold (NeGrow)?

Wouldn't you want Stifle in the MD to aid your mana-denial plan?

Very interesting concept. Probably Back to Basics should be tested in the SB:
1) You can side in in the Serendib slots, thus keeping the blue count low and still being able to cast every spell in your deck.
2)Or you can add a single Island to the sideboard.

A few questions:
1- How often has Tombstalker come out early for you? By early I mean like turn 5 or sooner. It seems you don't have a ton of cards going to the yard, unless you draw heavy on fetches or discard/denial effects.
2- Have you considered running Fireshrieker instead of Jitte? I understand Jitte has it's uses for taking down nuisance creatures and life gain, but throwing Shrieker on any of your creatures cuts your clock in half (with the exception of Hyppie, who would just rape the opponents hand of 2 random cards/swing).
3- How often have you had troubles with opposing Wastelands on your own Undergrounds? Also, how often are you seeing Daze be relevant in the early game?

On the mention of Stifle
Q: Why isn't there a BU deck using stifle + sinkhole + wasteland as a mana denial strategy? And if not wasteland, just stifle and sinkhole. Are the color requirements too intense?
It could be something deadguy-ish, bounce can serve as the primary removal tool. With a strong mana denial strategy bounce can be just as crippling as removal, opponents won't be able to recast their threats.

Yes, and in that bounce position, I would say chain of vapor would be pretty hot! =)

I did this for a couple of tourneys awhile back and it was very inconsistent. The basic idea was to have Hypnotic Specter, Phyrexian Negator and Dark Ritual as one opening set and Stiflenought as the other with Sinkholes, Wastelands, Duress (no Thoughtseize yet at that point) and Hymns as the disruption. It had the problem that you could easily be holding the wrong disruption at the start in game one and lose it as a result. It also had a severe problem with people topdecking Threads of Disloyalty and beating it to death with it's own creatures.
On the list in the first post:
Daze is not what I'd pick as blue spells 5-8. I'd go with Brainstorm or possibly Ponder in that slot. The problem with the kind of list that you've put together there is that every card in it is either a bomb against your opponent or next to useless depending on what they are playing. Every other card in it is diminishing significantly in value as the game progresses (Sinkhole on turn 7 really worth anything? Thoughtseize as a topdeck when you are locked in a struggle at 4 life?) It really pays to have a way not to draw those cards as often later on or better yet to swap them in for a random card that might be appropriate to the context.
