Does Pernicious Deed kill all artifact lands in addition to artifacts, creatures and enchantments? I just need to make sure.

If someone plays null rod, does that mean my artifact lands don't produce mana?

Yes. Deed doesn't care if it's a land. It will only check for having one of those types.

Yes. Stops every single activated ability, even mana producing ones.

Yes on both counts. Pernicious Deed says it kills each "artifact, creature, and enchantment", not "nonland permanent" (like it says on Engineered Explosives, for example). Because it's looking for what things are, rather than what they aren't, it sees that your lands are artifacts, and destroys them accordingly.

Same sort of situation with Null Rod. Most modern cards like Damping Matrix say activated abilities of artifacts can't be played unless they're mana abilities, but Null Rod has no such qualification. It will stop every artifact (even if those artifacts are lands) from using any ability (even if those abilities produce mana).

Hope this helps.
