Herald from Alara

Let's use a red one for example :

2[R], {T}, Sacrifice a black creature, a red creature, and a green creature: Search your library for a card named Hellkite Overlord and put it into play. Then shuffle your library.

Assuming Dragon's Herald isn't summoning sickness anymore, and I have Grim Lavamancer, Dark Confidant , Carrion Thrash :b::r::g:, Spiritmonger :b::g:, and Tarmogoyf . .
To pay herald's activation cost, may I sac only one Carrion Trash? or only Spiritmonger plus Herald itself? or Herald can't be part of sac so I must use Grim Lava?
or do I have to sac Dark Confidant, Grim Lava, and Goyf since multicolored creatured can only counted as a black / red / green creature (can't be both)?

The way that it's worded means that you can't sac a black/green creature (Spiritmonger) to count for both the black and green creatures. You can sac the Herald to itself.

I'd wait for the official spoiler on this one. I remember looking at the Salvation thread, and the original rumour was in Spanish and read "a black, a green, and a red creature". This might or might not change things.

And no, you can't. ENglish scans are up, and they require at 3 different sacrifices
