the wording on the actual card states that "skill borrower has activated abilities of the revealed card", but the oracle text states "skill borrower has all the abilities of the revealed card." These seem like two completely different cards. Am I misinterpreting the oracle text, or is the oracle wording just incorrect?

Skill Borrower's oracle text matches the printed text. Where are you seeing that supposed Oracle text?

The card image on Gatherer and the Oracle text are identical. Are you saying you have a printed one with different text?

No, I had been using star city, essential magic and I could have sworn that the oracle text was originally printed the same as the other 2 sites, but had not checked back on oracle lately.

It was spoiled differently and then the real card was seen and some people hadn't corrected it quickly. I was bummed too.

SCG also has the correct wording.

By the way, if it's not the text from http://gatherer.wizards.com, it's not the Oracle text. This is why you should check there and not other places.
