People were giving me slack about my list of underused cards in the Format Development forum. Here's my response, a working UrzaTron deck that runs Sacred Ground. It wins games but needs work still.
//Lands:20
3 Urza's Mine
3 Urza's Power Plant
3 Urza's Tower
1 Academy Ruins
2 Ghost Quarter
4 Gemstone Mine
4 City of Brass

//Creatures:16
2 Platinum Angel
1 DSC
1 Sundering Titan
2 Arcbound Ravager
3 Cathodian
3 Su-Chi
4 Goblin Welder

//Spells: 24
4 Mox Diamond
3 Crop Rotation
4 Enlightened Tutor
3 Crucible of Worlds
2 Sacred Ground
4 Mystical Tutor
4 Transmute Artifact

//Sideboard
2 Ghost Quarter
2 Platinum Angel
1 Darksteel Forge
4 Juggernaut
2 Jester's cap
2 Jester's Mask
2 Razormane Masticore

You want to assemble UrzaTron using Sacred Ground to protect it. This is easy with crop rotations, enlightened tutor, and Mystical Tutor. Crucible of worlds recovers Ghost Quarters for a lock down, Lands used for Mox Diamond and Lands used for crop rotation. It can also recover Urza lands from early wasteland losses.
Transmute Artifact gets out your bigger creatures with Cathodian or Su-Chi in play. Arcbound Ravager also can sacrifice these creatures for extra mana and so can Welder.

The Sideboard is designed mostly to go balls out aggro second game but includes Darksteel Forge as a transmute target to make your artifacts indestructible in case you're facing a artifact distruction heavy deck. Ghost Quarters provide additional control (I prefer them to wasteland because they can hit Basic Lands). Jester's Cap removes threats and Jester's Mask is another control element.

I want to add Tezzeret and Force of Will maindeck but don't know what to cut.

@ Tranmute Artifact: I have no idea how the oracle wording works with sui-chi's triggered ability, but I do know that UU + 8 lands that produce U and 4 mox = not a combo. Possibly a better path to Tron would be a Workshop-aggro like deck, with assembling the tron just being a plus. The deck could run like a poor, POOR man's FS:

Lands/Mox: 24 + 4
4 U Tower
4 U Power
4 U Mine
8 Island
4 Ancient Tomb
4 Mox Diamond

Disruption: 8
4 3Sphere
4 Chalice
1 EE
1 Tormod's Crypt/ Relic
2 Sigil of Distinction

Dudes: 20
4 Juggs
4 Sui-Chi
4 Phyrexian War-beast
4 Solmn Simulcrum
4 Trinket Mage

Come to think of it, all you can really do with the tron is make one HELL of a sigil, set chalice at 14 in case someone casts akroma's memorial, or drop your hand. Tron isn't reliable enough/fast enough/counterspells exist to have trike or titans clogging up your hand whie you pray you can assemble the tron. The deck would probably function better with 4 factories, 4 mutavaults, and 4 wastelands, or 8 post. The idea of a budget '5/3' in legacy seems cool though.

Some concerns:

2 Ghost Quarter
4 Mox Diamond
3 Crop Rotation
4 Enlightened Tutor
4 Mystical Tutor
4 Transmute Artifact

This is a LOT of card disadvantage. Look into offsetting this with something like Thirst for Knowledge.

//Lands:20
...
4 Mox Diamond

This isn't really enough lands to use Mox Diamond effectively.

2 Ghost Quarter
1 Sundering Titan

These are the only cards that interact with your opponent AT ALL, which is a problem since this deck seems relatively slow.
