Again I got flack for suggesting Scouting Trek + Clear the Land as a Draw/Mana engine but here's a deck it works in.

Turboland
//Lands: 18
5 Island
5 Forest
4 Tropical Island
2 Windswept Heath
2 Flooded Strand

//Creatures:8
4 Terravore
3 Coiling Oracle
1 Simic Sky Swallower

//Other Spells: 34
4 Brainstorm
4 Life From the Loam
3 Zuran Orb
2 Scroll Rack
2 Scouting Trek
2 Clear the Land
4 Mystical Tutor
2 Ponder
4 FoW
3 Exploration
4 Daze

//Sideboard:
3 Simic Sky Swallower
1 Zuran Orb
1 Exploration
4 Tarmogoyf
2 Sensei's Divining Top
4 Krosan Grip

Basically you use Scouting Trek to load 6 lands on top of your library and then next turn play Clear the Land which boosts your mana thins your deck and mills your opponent. You can use this extra land to feed your Terravores via Zuran Orb or play the lone Simic Sky Swallower or do both on the next turn.
Crucible insures that after feeding your goyfs you can still cast spells and then feed the goyfs again. Coiling Oracle works as a deck thinner and sometimes mana accelerator too and works well if clear the land gets countered. Ponder and Scroll Rack are also great helps if Clear the Land gets countered so you don't have 5 lands stacked on top of your library.

The sideboard adds more beats, Krosan Grip, an additional Zuran Orb and Exploration if needed and Divining Tops for extra deck manipulation.

Well, that's certainly an interesting take. I'd venture to say that Life from the Loam would be better than crucible in this case because of how well it works with Scroll rack (loam for three lands, activate rack, get three cards, put the lands on your library, and next turn dredge the lands back off). You might want to supplement Zuran Orb with Constant mists, as Zorb will often get overwhelmed against aggro even with exploration and company. And since you've got the whole land recursion thing going, you might want to pop in some manlands, like Mishra's factory or Treetop village. Granted, you can't Scouting trek for them, but I think they're good enough to run anyway.
Also, since you probably won't be scouting trekking more than once, fetchlands go great with terravore.

I changed my list above to add loam and removed crucible as well as adding 4 fetches. I still kept Zuran Orb in though. Thank you.

I have a pretty different list now so I'm going to repost it. It is, as of now, untested.
//Lands:18
5 Island
5 Forest
4 Tropical Island
4 Ghost Quarter
//Creatures: 8
4 Terravore
2 Coiling Oracle
2 Simic Sky Swallower
//Other Spells:34
2 Scroll Rack
2 Scouting Trek
2 Clear the Land
3 Ponder
4 Brainstorm
4 FoW
4 Exploration
2 Life from the Loam
3 Crucible of Worlds
4 Constant Mists
4 Mystical Tutor

//Sideboard:
2 Simic Sky Swallower
1 Scroll Rack
4 Tarmogoyf
4 Krosan Grip
4 Zuran Orb

This should be more consistent and Constant Mists buys me time while feeding Terravore. I also have the LoamRack engine and the Scouting Trek/Clear the Land engine still. Terravore is your primary win and SSS is your secondary win. Crucible/Exploration lets you play spells after lands are in your graveyard. Crucible also allows a terravore feeding ghost quarter lock.
