Registration closes the 3rd of November, 7PM EDT.
We have prizes! We need a minimum of 24 people to participate for the prizes, not including drops.
(I think these are the prizes that were agreed upon. Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
Top 4

Foil Charbelcher, by Griever 9977
Asian BB Lightning Bolt, by Eseph
Textless Ponder, by DalkonCledwin
Innovation Competition (see end of post for details)
$75 rancoredelf.com Store credit, by me.
2 Wrath of God, by me.
Prizes are drafted.
You will need to register in the Salvation thread at http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=136106
IBA, if you want to join in this one, we can do the same arrangement as last time. Just PM me your deckcode before the registration deadline.
The tournament client is MWS. If you do not know how to use MWS, please PM me or one of your friendly Legacy forum comrades and we'll do our best to familiarize you with the program.
Register with deckcodes. Once you have decided on what deck you wish to pilot, post in this thread with the deckcode to register. Again, if you need help finding where your deckcode is, PM myself or one of the Legacy forumers.
Rules
1) Rounds will have an alloted time of six days.
2) Use deckcodes to identify your opponent!
3) Save your PMs! If there is an issue, any and all records will help in determining where the fault lies, and the necessary action.
4) No shows will be dropped. If someone misses a round, and hasn't replied to their opponent's communications, then that person will be dropped. Hopefully, this will allow people to earn that 4-0 score.
Miscellaneous
Please don't be discouraged by a poor start or an early 0-2 score. There's only one way to figure out what went wrong with your deck, or to sharpen your playskills. And that's to keep going.
*I think that's everything. PM if I missed something important. I'd like to thank Benie Bederios for the revised rules, and everyone who has shown interest in the continuation of this tournament. Have fun!
Innovation Competition
Eligibility
Viability: Needs to go at least 3-3 or 4-2 in six rounds, or comparable to that.
Originality: How original is the deck? The deck can be a revision of an existing one, but the revisions must be drastic. Adding Lotus Petal to R/G Stompy or adding Tombstalker to UB/w Wizards isn't very original. Merging Dragon Stompy and Angel Stax to make a R/W Stax variat that can win on turn 2 would be considered a significant revision.
Age: Nothing older than the last tournament, i.e. before 08-18-2008. Yes marit, you can run Rat/Ninjas again for this. The deck can already have a thread, and have received feedback and come a long way through collaborative development. It need not be a formerly unseen deck.
Tournament: Contestants must make it to the final round. A deck that won a past competition is excluded from future entries. 2nd and 3rd place decks are eligible once further improvements have been made.
Entry Requirements
Entry: Once a pilot has made it to the final round, they can enter their deck into the competition.
Writeup: Participants needs to do a writeup. Explain your aims with the deck, what you personally like/dislike about it, why you think it's innovative, and so on. Once we reach the Top 8, I will open a thread for you to post your writeups in at Salvation. I will link each post to the opening post as a sort of insta-table of contents for organizational purposes.
Nomination
* Contestants cannot nominate their own deck or other pilots' decks.
* Nomination takes place at the end of the last round before the Top 8.
* Decks need two nominations.
* Only players who have completed the final round can nominate.
Voting
* The deck that receives the most votes wins.
* Second and third place receive honorable mentions.
* Only players who have completed the final round can vote.
* Contestants in the competition cannot vote.
Prizes (Contingent on availability)
* Seperate from Top 4/8 prizes.
* Done draft style. Winner picks 1st, 2nd second, etc.
* The Top 4/8 and the Competition are not mutually exclusive. You can win both, one or the other, or neither depending on your performance and the voting.
