Basically a typical MBC deck, but this revolves around Demigod of Revenge and Buried Alive.

Combos:
Buried Alive + DGoR
Buried Alive + Death

MBC Staples for control.
Imp's Mischief for anti control or counter.

Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm not sure if I need anymore creatures, I was thinking of Blood Pets instead of Cabal Rits... I'm not sure yet though. I still feel as if it's missing ALOT.

A couple.

1) Read up on the Legacy banned list (which Jaynel just beat me to saying).
2) Play Reanimate over Life/Death.
3) Don't play Reanimate or Life/Death as they don't work the way you think they do with Demigod (which only brings back his mates if you play him).

I didn't choose Reanimate because of that, but I was quite unsure about Death... The text is "return to play." So I'm not sure if that means it is replayed or put into play. Does anyone know the definite answer?

Yes.

MunnyNuggles, let me put this to you straight. I think you want to pitch this one and try something else. The interaction you are looking for doesn't work. And if it did, I can tell you with confidence that this deck would be mediocre at best. There are more efficient ways to play both mono black and also to get that Demigod into play with his clones. Look up any of the monoblack threads for their ideas. Of course, none of those decks are actually top tier either. Or you can look at Anusien's thread for Demigod with Intuition. That is an interesting deck similar in design and philosophy with what is prevalent in today's metagame.

The third option is to continue trying to make this deck work by ramping mana and playing the Demigod after a Buried Alive has resolved. I'm telling you from the getgo that it will never be worth it.
