just tried to find synergy with amazing cards..

actually, there was a reason for this deck; i think BB rapes legacy because its always a 1 for 1 if not way more. the rest of the deck goes off turn 2-3 if you get city/ritual and can decently stabilize with a shitty or disrupted hand

A few remarks:

First, you play Crucible, Smokestack, Negator, Contamination and Tombstalker while relying on Dark Confidant as a drawengine. This seems very fragile to me. Wouldn't Phyrexian Arena or in this case even Night's Wisper be better?

You have absolutely no defense whatsoever. What will you do if your opponent lands an early Goyf and start beating with it? You'll be dead before you have Smokestack out. Play some spot removal.

i always try to design a curve to dodge EE, if you look this one is outstanding. infact i was trying to make this deck the essence of BB, which fits well with negator and smokestack. synergy is all i care about because thats where new archs start


since u guys responded so fast, lets test on mws? bring tier 1 please. or magic-league on IRC... i guess these other thresh pilots are just not performing

i actually misspoke... the essence would be a permanent that constantly produces =P i just wanted lots of different CC permanents.

Is there any reason to play smokestack over Braids here? She's 1 turn faster which seems important.

braids is a good idea but its debateable, i like to raise Stack to 2 i can almost always support it

not to mention i keep adding more stacks because i find myself in soft locks constantly because my win cons are like so narrow i guess you'd say, where they would probably have a removal in their hand. Stack doesnt get swords'd =) definetly debateable tho esp including either on SB or using both
