my take on mono-blue fish aggro ran by christy jesudason (RUS i think) the difference is basically how u play the deck imo.
Sage serves up phat turn 2s and swings with jit (jit + sage = raped dredge 2-0 for me) impulse and looter fix him, and the VCA(CA? too much to classify lol) of the deck doesnt give a f*ck about a couple land draws at the end of a sage.

A deck with looter, ninja, and no wonder to make flying, jitte wielding ninjas? (non flying, jitte wielding ninjas are often just cantrips and charge counters, unless jitte is already charged, then you've basicly won. Awk.)

Why the 1 impulse, 1 SoFI? Seems like looter # 4 and spell snare #3 would add consistency. You have no way to fetch these one-ofs.

Sage and no ponder? I can understand not running BS with no shuffle effects, (though looter can still oust poor cards in hand with BS) but drawing the best 2 of the next five and then shuffling away the chaff in addition to being a fine card with looter and by itself? C'mon.

Needs less unsummon ninja. Seriously. Maybe if you had wonder and could keep bouncing guys off your opponent's board, but he's just a situational unsummon here. I understand you can ninjitsu guys under standstill, but you'll win the standstill war with manlands and NotDH. Cuts.

Faerie conclave's flying has synergy with ninjas, but it's 'CiP tapped' clause does not, nor does it have synergy with casting your spells the turn you play it. You are also playing 22 lands in a deck who's curve ends at 2. (assuming you never hardcast ninja and you drop the SoFI) I would recommend the manabase:

2 Riptide lab
4 mutavault (if you MUST have a flying manland for ninjas + standstill, go with the mirroden 1/1 flying factory that CiP untapped.)
4 mishra's factory
8-10 islands

Your sideboard is an absolute mess.
4 BEB (you have little chance vs goblins G1, you will really need help games 2 and 3. Also relevant vs burn, loam, sliegh, ect)
4 Relic (good vs thresh, TA, loam, ichorid, ect. Cantrips.)
4 cursecatcher (vs combo, you will NEVER resolve a stifle on their tendrils with AN in the deck, cursecatcher buys you time as well as is relevant vs ichorid, as it can (possibly) counter dread return, but also RFG's bridges before they get tokens.
3 pithing needle (deed and CB/top are not your friends.)
