You would have to play 2U to play it and another 1 for it to be not countered by In the Eye of Chaos. Trinisphere doesn't affect converted mana cost.

Picky technical detail, but wouldn't it it be :u::2: and then :1: for the Trinisphere then the In The Eye Of Chaos? But it certainly looks less attractive either way :cool:
