Cytoplast Manipulator / Ray of Command

I have a cytoplast manipulator with a couple graft counters on it. My opponent casts ray of command targeting the manipulator and then proceeds to activate her ability, targeting herself as the creature to gain control of. At the end of turn, will the manipulator return to my control because of Ray of Command or will the Manipulator stay under his control? (Since the manipulator is still in play.)

The most recent control effect wins, and Cytoplast Manipulator's ability will be the most recent so the opponent will maintain control of the creature even after Ray of Command's control effect wears off.
