Hi there, I have a question about Storm cards. Let's say I play 2 random spells, a Brain Freeze, and a Tendrils of Agony. Does the Tendrils of Agony trigger for 5 or just 3?
Thanks for the answer!

Copies aren't played, so Tendrils will be copied 3 times only.
502.30a - Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. "Storm" means "When you play this spell, put a copy of it onto the stack for each other spell that was played before it this turn. If the spell has any targets, you may choose new targets for any of the copies."

Otherwise storm copies would have storm themselves, thus leading to infinite storm, and thus a draw.

Nitpick: They do have storm. It just doesn't trigger.
