Judge Nick said he was going to post full lists at some point, but I do know the winners:
GPT was won by Roxas playing UG CB-Goyf Control w/Shackles
4x FBB Trop was split by UGB Belcher and Team America
As far as the other top8, I know that in the GPT, Mono Blue Stax with Tezz and Epochrasite made top8 and lost to UGR Thrash. In the 4x Trop event, there was a URg Dreadstill deck splashing Painter, my Doomsday list (I lost to Team America in top4), and CB Thresh. I believe the only deck that made top8 in the second event that didn't play blue was Belcher.
Both events were dominated by blue-based decks with large amounts of Threshold, Landstill, and Dreadstill showing up (80% of the metagame in each). I think we had mid to low 20s in each event, which was sad because the prize support (at least for the second event) was outstanding (4x FBB Trops to first, 4x Underground Sea to second, and a lot of product to the rest of top8). Despite the low turnout, there was plenty of quality magic being played without any jank noticeable (besides my pile) at the high or low tables.

I was first seed into the T8 and lost to Belcher (also my loss in swiss) in the Semis piloting Survival Elves.
The T8 decks that I can remember are:
Belcher
Team America
Survival Elves
Iggy (I was told there was Iggy on the other side of the bracket.)
Stifle/Naught/Painter/Grindstone
UGw Thresh with Rhox War Monk

I was probably what looked like Iggy (and I was on the other side of the bracket). I did play 1x Ill-Gotten Gains and I beat my opponent in top8 with it in both games because I couldn't draw Mystical Tutors or Doomsdays.

Top 8 for the second event (CoD) was as follows:
Team America over Landstill
Natural Order Elf Survival over UGW Thresh
Belcher over Death & Taxes
Doomsday (emidln) over URg Painter w/Stifle-Nought
Team America over Doomsday
Belcher over N.O. Elf Survival
Team America/Belcher split
