MIND WITHER
So, here im again. The true is ive always like Pestilence Control effect. But 4 is to much for cost. So, the card we are looking for, is Withering Wisps. Ive want to do a deck with this card, and this is the result:
4 Thoughtseize
2 Blackmail (Duress don't work good against decks with more than 16 creatures).
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Wrench Mind
3 Nezumi shortfang
4 Nyxathid
4 Chimeric Idol
4 Withering Wisps (Pestilence effect is a wonderful control, play it for 3 is great. This are suported by Idol and Nyx)
3 Diabolic Edict
4 Dark Ritual
2 Sensei's Divining Top
3 Scrying Sheets (for long games, card advantage is necesary).
17 Snow-Covered Swamp
2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
SB
4 Extirpate
4/3 Mutilate
3/4 Pithing Needle
1 Nezumi shortfang
1 Diabolic Edict
2 Defense Grid (?)
2 Duress (?)
2Tormod's Crypt (?)
The Rack
The Deck is powerful, but it has a plane mana curve.
Ive been proving the deck with good results, and I hope you like it.
Waiting for your advices,
Edson.

Unless you expect to see a lot of Darksteel Gargoyles flying around, Damnation is better than Mutilate 95% of the time.
Blackmail is really underwhelming. Twelve discard spells + Nezumi Shortfang is more than enough, and those Blackmails could be something better, like Tops 3-4. Even without any shuffle effects, Top is still powerful, especially with Scrying Sheets (which I'd be tempted to bump up to a 4-of, as that is your only real source of CA aside from 2-for-1 discard). Multiple Urborgs seem really unnecessary when you're only running 3-4 colorless lands. Getting stuck with 2 Urborgs is an unnecessary risk to take considering how little they actually do for the deck.

Stillmoon Cavelier is playable in Mono-B, and will keep your Withering Wisps in play.
Damnation kills Nyxathids, but you probably won't be able to kill everything you want to with Mutilate, so I can see your point.

I like the idea of MBC with Scrying sheets.
To the discard suite:
I think dures is definitive better than Blackmail!
Wrench Mind is also not so good. Have you considered Mind Shatter? Maybe just for the SB.
Creature base:
Chimeric Idol, seems just not good enogh, a 3/3 for 3.
Tombstalker is the black Goyf in Legacy. With all your discard and the rituals you could power him out realy early.
With Pestilence effects, you can always splash white and run Lashknife Barrier. This way you can still play creatures of your own and still wipe the board when you need to.
I used this trick in a Clerics Tribal deck, it's really strong.

Hello all of you,
thanks for your advices.
You were right about Black Mail, Scryting Sheets, Urborg, and Stillmoon Cavalier.
I think Mind Shatter is too expensive to Legacy. Tombstalker is too slow for this deck, and less powerfull than Nyx. And its vulnerable not like Cavalier. But I`ll keep testing. splash white would be dificult to the mana base, Scrying and Withering Wisps.
So, this is the result.
4 Thoughtseize
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Wrench Mind
3 Nezumi shortfang
4 Nyxathid
4 Sillmoon Cavalier (Protecction prevents pestilence Effect and it's flexible. Chimeric Idol is vulnerable to Swords to Plowshares and Path to exile, an other criature/artifact destruction. It's true that Idol works like blocker and mutilate don't affect him (I think affects Cavalier, isn't it? correct me if I'm Wrong. So the option seems to be Engineered Plague).
4 Withering Wisps
4 Diabolic Edict
4 Dark Ritual
3 Sensei's Divining Top
4 Scrying Sheets
17 Snow-Covered Swamp
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
SB
4 Extirpate
3 Tormod's Crypt
4 Engineered Plague (Mutilate hurts Sillmoon Cavalier. Options?: Crypt Rats/ Plague Spiter/ Darmor Plague- famine)
3 Pithing Needle
1 Nezumi shortfang
What about:
Relic of Progenitus
Plague silver
Circle of affliction
The deck is strong and stable, and I dont have problems with the mana curve.
Thanks you all.
